Istanbul Airport is big. From a far gate to the arrivals hall can be a twenty-minute walk, and the passport queue after a long-haul landing can take longer than that. VIP meet & greet removes both: a personal assistant meets you at the aircraft door and stays with you until you are in your transfer car.
What the service is
VIP meet & greet, also sold as meet & assist or Fast Track service, is a personal airport assistant booked for your flight. At Istanbul Airport the service runs with the airport's own assistance teams, so your assistant can be at the gate before you leave the aircraft.
It is arranged per passenger for a specific flight. Your transfer car is booked separately, per vehicle; the assistant simply walks you to it.

Arrival, step by step
This is the service most of our guests ask for after a long flight, especially families, older travellers and anyone landing late at night.

Welcome at the aircraft door. Your assistant is waiting as you step off the plane and takes over from there.

Buggy through the terminal. You ride an electric buggy from the gate to the passport control area instead of walking.

Fast Track at passport control. You use the priority lane and pass without joining the regular queue.

Luggage with a porter. Your assistant helps at baggage claim and a porter carries your bags.

Escort to your car. You are walked out to your transfer vehicle, where your chauffeur is already waiting.
If your aircraft parks away from the terminal and passengers are brought in by bus, your assistant welcomes you at the terminal entrance instead, and the rest of the service is the same.
Departure and transit
Departure VIP starts at the terminal entrance. A porter takes your bags, your assistant walks you to priority check-in, through Fast Track at passport control and security, to the lounge if you have asked for it, and finally to your boarding gate.
Transit VIP is for connections. You are met at the aircraft door, taken by buggy to your next gate, through Fast Track where needed, with help for your luggage and a lounge on request while you wait.

How to book and what it costs
The service is priced per passenger and depends on the service (arrival, departure or transit) and the size of your group. We do not publish a list price: send us your date, flight number and number of passengers on WhatsApp and you receive a quote, usually within minutes.
Book at least 24 hours before your flight. If you also need a transfer, book it online as usual; the arrival assistant hands you over to your chauffeur at the car.
