In normal traffic the 49 km route takes around 40 minutes. During peak hours (weekdays 07:30–09:30 and 17:30–20:00) it can stretch to 70 minutes. Pickup time is optimised automatically against your flight schedule; on arrivals we track your flight in real time and reposition the driver to your actual landing.

Yes — the price is per vehicle, not per passenger. Mercedes Vito (1–6 passengers + luggage) is €85 on this route. For 8–15 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter on the same route is €120. This route crosses the Bosphorus, so the cross-continental flat fare of €85 applies; bridge tolls and motorway HGS charges are all included. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

For arrival transfers we track your flight in real time by flight number. From the moment your plane lands you get 60 minutes of free waiting — more than enough for passport, baggage and customs. After 60 minutes, €10 per 30 min is applied; if the delay is the airline's fault, even that is waived.

At Istanbul Airport, at the international/domestic arrivals exit, Meeting Point A or B. The driver sends you the exact meeting point by SMS/WhatsApp once you land. He'll carry your luggage and walk you to the Mercedes Vito in the valet area.

Infant (0–4) and booster (4–9) child seats can be requested free of charge at booking. The Mercedes Vito comfortably fits 6 passengers + 6 large bags + 4 hand-luggage items. For more luggage, upgrade to a Mercedes Sprinter (15 passengers + 15 bags).
