Does ShuttleVIP provide invoices for corporate travel?
Yes — we issue VAT invoices upon request for all corporate bookings. Our finance team can set up monthly invoicing cycles for high-frequency corporate clients. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to set up an account.
How does corporate pricing work?
Corporate transfer pricing is zone-based and uses our VIP Mercedes class. Same-side airport €50–€70, cross-continental €85, in-city short transfer from €35 (capped at €52). We offer volume discounts for regular corporate clients booking 10+ transfers per month — reach out for a tailored corporate rate card.
Can our executive team be met at the airport with a specific greeting?
Yes. We can meet executives with branded signage, VIP-level greetings, and pre-positioned refreshments in the vehicle. Brief us at the time of booking via WhatsApp or the booking notes field.
What is your on-time rate?
Our on-time pickup record for corporate clients is 99.6%. We track inbound flights in real time and our chauffeurs are on standby at the terminals 30 minutes before your arrival clears customs.
Do you serve corporate road shows or multi-day bookings?
Yes. We handle roadshows requiring sequential scheduling across multiple days, including logistics coordination for multiple executives arriving on different flights. Contact us 48 hours in advance for custom scheduling.
Is the transfer service available from both IST and SAW airports?
