1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShuttleVIP's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ShuttleVIP provides premium transfer services including airport transfers, city transfers, and tour packages in Istanbul, Turkey.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• No prepayment required — payment is made in cash to the driver on arrival
• We do not require credit card details to make a booking
• Prices are fixed and include all fees (bridge, tunnel, parking, waiting)

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
• 50% refund for cancellations between 24-12 hours before service
• No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before service
• No-shows are charged the full amount

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and dropoff information
• Be ready at the specified pickup time
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Notify us immediately of any issues or complaints

7. Limitation of Liability

ShuttleVIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, strikes, or government actions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ShuttleVIP and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
