The short answer: yes, your private transfer can stop on the way. Add the stop when you book; it costs a flat €20, paid in cash in the vehicle, with 15 minutes of waiting included. The stop has to be on your route — it can add up to 5 km.
Adding a stop takes one step
- 1
Book your transfer as usual: pickup, destination, date and vehicle.
- 2
In the last step, open Extras and tap Stop on the way.
- 3
Choose the stop address from the list. The form checks your route right away and shows how many kilometres the stop adds.
- 4
Your driver receives the stop with the route, waits up to 15 minutes and then continues to your destination.
- 5
Pay the €20 in cash in the vehicle, together with your fare.
What travellers use a stop for
Most stops are short errands that would otherwise need a second taxi: picking up apartment keys from a host or a key box, collecting a friend or family member on the way, a pharmacy, supermarket or exchange office before a quiet hotel, or dropping a bag at a second address.
Because the stop is booked in advance, your driver plans for it. There is nothing to negotiate on the road: the price you see at checkout, plus the stop, is everything you pay.
What fits in a stop
| What | Rule |
|---|---|
| Price | €20 per booking, paid in cash in the vehicle |
| Waiting | 15 minutes included |
| Detour | Up to 5 km off the direct route |
| Number of stops | One per booking |
| Round trip | The stop is on the outbound journey |
A stop on the way has to be on the way. If an address adds more than 5 km, the booking form tells you before you pay — and two separate transfers, each at its own fixed price, are the better choice.
A stop, two transfers or a car by the hour?
A stop suits a quick errand of up to 15 minutes. Two transfers suit a longer visit, such as lunch with family or a meeting, because the driver doesn't wait on the clock. A car with a driver by the hour suits a day with several stops.
Add your stop when you book
Choose your route and vehicle, then add the stop in the Extras step. Your driver gets the address with the route, and you see the total before you confirm.
