The route
From Istanbul to the Uludağ hotels
The road runs south to Bursa — over the Osmangazi Bridge or on the ferry across the Gulf of İzmit — and then climbs the mountain road from the city to the hotel zone. From central Istanbul that is roughly 180 km and a little over three hours; from Istanbul Airport about 220 km.
In winter the last stretch up the mountain is the slow part: after heavy snowfall it can take noticeably longer, so on the way back leave extra time before your flight.

How far is Uludağ from Istanbul?
Roughly 180 km from central Istanbul and about 220 km from Istanbul Airport. By road that is a little over three hours from the city centre — longer in heavy traffic or snow — via Bursa and the mountain road to the hotel zone.
How much is a transfer from Istanbul to Uludağ?
A private Mercedes Vito starts at €219 from Istanbul Airport, €206 from Sabiha Gökçen and €219 from central Istanbul — per vehicle, one way, on the ferry route. The Osmangazi Bridge route adds the bridge toll.
Can we bring skis and snowboards?
Yes. Mention how many ski or snowboard bags you have when you book, so the vehicle has room for them; larger groups can book a Sprinter.
Is the road to Uludağ open in winter?
Yes — it is the main road to the resort. After heavy snowfall the last stretch can be slow, so allow extra time, especially on the way back to a flight.
Can you pick us up in Bursa or at Yenişehir Airport?
Yes. From Bursa city centre the hotel zone is about 50 minutes away, from €50; Yenişehir Airport (YEI) and the Mudanya ferry port work too — enter the address and the fixed price appears.
Do you drive to other ski resorts?
