How much is a transfer from Istanbul Airport to TÜYAP?
A private Mercedes Vito transfer from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Tüyap Fair and Congress Center is a flat €70. From Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) it is €85 with the Bosphorus crossing. The price covers meet & greet, flight tracking, all tolls and parking — no meter, no surprises.
How long does the transfer to TÜYAP take?
From IST to Beylikdüzü it is 50 min in normal traffic, up to 85 min at peak (48 km). From SAW it is 90–135 min (82 km).
Does the driver meet me at the fair entrance?
Yes. Your driver greets you at the arrivals exit with a name-board and drops you straight at the TÜYAP hall entrance. The return pickup from the same point is arranged for when your fair day ends.
Do you handle group and exhibitor-team transfers?
Yes — Mercedes Vito for 1–6 people, Mercedes Sprinter for exhibitor teams of 8–15 (€112 from Istanbul Airport). Extra luggage space is provided for stand equipment and sample cases.
Is prepayment required?
No. You can book with no prepayment and cancel free up to 12 hours before pickup. Corporate invoicing is available on request.
