Exhibitors fly in with samples and stand material; a fixed-price van with room for luggage covers the short hop from AYT and the runs to hotels in Lara, Belek and Side.

How much is a transfer from Antalya Airport to ANFAŞ?
A private VIP van transfer from Antalya Airport (AYT) to ANFAŞ Antalya Expo Center is a flat €50 per vehicle, not per person. The price covers flight tracking and all tolls — no meter, no surprises. Meet & greet inside the terminal (parking included) is an optional €15 extra on every vehicle.
How long does the transfer to ANFAŞ take?
From AYT to Aksu it is about 10 min in normal traffic and up to 20 min on busy fair mornings (7 km).
Does the driver meet me at the fair entrance?
Yes. Your driver meets you at the airport meeting point — the exact spot is in your live tracking link — and drops you straight at the ANFAŞ hall entrance. The return pickup from the same point is arranged for when your fair day ends.
Do you handle group and exhibitor-team transfers?
Yes — a VIP van for 1–7 people, a Mercedes Sprinter for exhibitor teams of 8–16 (€84.99 from Antalya Airport). Extra luggage space is provided for stand equipment and sample cases.
Is prepayment required?
No. You can book with no prepayment and cancel free up to 12 hours before pickup. Corporate invoicing is available on request.
