6. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your ShuttleVIP account yourself at any time, on the website or in the ShuttleVIP app: sign in, open your profile and choose "Delete account". Your profile, password and sign-in details are removed permanently and immediately.
Booking records (name, contact details, route, date and amount) are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law, and trips you have already booked go ahead as planned. Browsing statistics are separated from your identity and kept only in anonymous form.
If you cannot sign in, email info@shuttlevipistanbul.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Agency and supplier accounts are closed on request after contract and payment checks; we confirm by email.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand where our visitors are coming from. This includes a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser that lets us recognise a returning visit; it contains no personal information and is removed when you clear this site's data. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads) and session analytics (Microsoft Clarity) use cookies. For visitors in Türkiye, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they run only after you accept them in the cookie notice; until then, and if you reject, these cookies are not set.
