Istanbul Short Transfer — from €35

Any non-airport, same-side (no Bosphorus crossing) ride within Istanbul is priced from €35 fixed. This covers most hotel-to-hotel, hotel-to-pier, hotel-to-restaurant and hotel-to-medical-clinic transfers across the European side or across the Asian side. The €35 base applies up to a reasonable distance ceiling; longer same-side runs are still capped at €52. Cross-continental (e.g. Sultanahmet → Kadıköy) and airport routes are priced separately (€85 cross-continental, €50–€70 airport same-side).

Yes. €35 includes the vehicle (Mercedes E-Class), the driver, all fuel, all road tolls within Istanbul, child seat on request, bottled water, and a small luggage allowance. No service charges, no booking fees, no late-night surcharge, no airport meet-and-greet charges (because this is the city-only short-distance product). The price quoted at booking is the price you pay.

Yes — bookings are accepted up to 4 hours before pickup time (we recommend 12+ hours for guaranteed Mercedes E-Class availability on busy days). You give the address, the time, and the pickup point at checkout. The driver arrives 5 minutes early, waits at the reception or kerb with a name sign, and confirms by WhatsApp or SMS. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.

You can pay online by card at booking, or pay the driver in cash (EUR or TRY equivalent) on arrival. Both options are fixed price — no card surcharge, no cash surcharge. Online payment is recommended if you want a receipt for company expenses or if the trip is for a hotel guest you're booking on behalf of.
